This Privacy Policy explains how Oleksandr Hnatiuk and Andrew Magdach ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you use the Hourfall iOS application (the "App").

We built Hourfall as a digital mirror to help you reclaim your focus. We believe that your habits and usage data are highly sensitive and personal. Therefore, Hourfall is built on a strict local-first architecture. We do not have user accounts, we do not operate database servers to store your data, and we do not use third-party tracking analytics.

1. Information We Collect and How We Use It

A. App Usage Timers and Statistics (100% Local) Hourfall allows you to track your time via manual timers, iOS widgets, or your own iOS Shortcuts automations.

• How it is used: The timer durations you record are used solely within the App to display your live usage, calculate your personal dashboard statistics, and trigger focus sessions.
• Storage and Transmission: This data never leaves your device. We do not transmit, sync, collect, or store your tracking history on any external servers. We cannot see which apps you use, how long you use them, or what actions you take inside them.

B. Notifications and Live Activities The App requests permission to send you notifications.

• How it is used: This permission is used exclusively to power iOS Live Activities (allowing you to see your active timer on your Lock Screen or Dynamic Island) and to send local alerts when your focus timer is complete.
• Storage and Transmission: These notifications are generated locally on your device. We do not collect your device push token to send remote marketing push notifications, and we do not track your interaction with these notifications on any external servers.

C. Customer Support Information If you choose to contact us for support or feedback via the App's "Contact Us" or "Report Problem" features, your email client will generate a message to us.

• How it is used: We will see your email address and any contents you include. The App may pre-fill basic, non-identifying technical details (such as your device model, iOS version, and Hourfall version) to help us troubleshoot.
• Storage and Transmission: We use this information strictly to reply to your inquiry and resolve technical issues. We do not use this email address for marketing purposes.

D. Payment and Subscription Data Hourfall offers premium features via auto-renewing subscriptions processed securely by Apple’s App Store (StoreKit).

• How it is used: We receive anonymous, encrypted receipt tokens from Apple to verify your purchase and unlock Premium features.
• Storage and Transmission: We do not collect, process, or have access to your name, billing address, or credit card information. All payment processing is handled exclusively by Apple Inc.
